Good to know
The prices for double rooms and suites (with exception of family combinations) are valid per person and day and include Gartner's half board. Rates include all taxes and fees, except for the local tourist tax (2,50 €) for all guests over 14 years.
The Italian photographer Daniele Barraco, specialized in celebrity portrait photography, cooperated in the realization of our double rooms The View.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL PERSONS REDUCTIONS
On request for the categories Nature Loft and Gardensuite.
For all other room categories:
- 0 - 3 years: 15 € (cot and half board included)
- 3 - 6 years: 40 € (half board included)
- 6 - 12 years: 55 € (half board included)
- 12 - 16 years: 65 € (half board included)
- over 16 years 20% reduction on the normal rate

ROOMS AND TABLE WISHES
We regret we are unable to reserve specific room numbers, floors or tables. Of course we grant you the room category you booked!
CULINARY
Rates are with half board. If you do not want to have dinner at the hotel, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. We grant you a reduction of € 10,00 per person and day on the half board.
- Menu price for external guests: 65 €, for gala dinners or dinners with dessert buffet 75 €
- Breakfast for external guests: 25 €
DOGS
Dogs are welcome on request! We charge € 20 per day without food.
Please be informed that your dog is not admitted in The Nature Loft and have no access to the dining room, the terrace, the SPA and the gardem.

We accept Cash, EC-Cards, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION AND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Rooms can be cancelled free of charge if 30 days notice or more is given, thereafter we must charge for the rooms. If you arrive late or depart early we will charge 80 percent of the rate for the original dates booked. In order to avoid this inconvenience, we recommend taking our affordable trip cancellation insurance.
