We are proud to invite you to the 3rd edition of the Michelin Star decorated gourmet event that, as usual, takes place at the Hotel Gartner and, in the meantime, has gained echo even over South Tyrol’s borders.
The edition 2018 will speak Italian with the two chefs Stefano Ghetta and Alessandro Gilmozzi from the neighbouring province Trento.
Great names for a truly great cuisine.
Both chefs rank among the most interesting new Italian cooks. The first (Ghetta) opened its restaurant “L’ Chimpl da Tamion“ in Vigo di Fassa, the second (Gilmozzi) the “El Molin” in Cavalese.
The cuisine of both is characterised by a pure and deep connection with their land. They look for inspiration in their region’s woods and rivers and then turn what they find into extremely extraordinary dishes.
The master chefs promise great culinary experiences in spring 2018!

The star-menu is included for stays of minimum 3 nights with half board. For shorter stays we charge 95 euro for the “star menu”. Of course, if you decide to renounce the culinary creations in the two evenings in which the chefs are at work by us, you can choose to book your room with breakfast only. In this case you get a reduction of 10 euro per person on the half board rate.
